energyGhost is a web-based platform for the accompaniment and support of building owners and energy consultants in the case of an energy consultation and energetic refurbishment. The currently prevailing problem is an insufficient supply of information for the building owner to prepare for an energy consultation and a massive overload of energy consultants due to the very high demand. Data collection on the part of the energy advisor during a home inspection is currently still cumbersome and time-consuming, so waiting times for a consultation currently rise to up to 6 months. Good preparation and provision of information is one of the most important prerequisites for a smooth and fast energy consulting.
